This is a complex hillside project where we added an ADU (under SB9) and a new pool to an existing hillside residence. The scope included legalizing an unpermitted addition by constructing a proper foundation beneath it, stabilizing the original structure with new shoring, and carefully expanding the home to maximize allowable square footage. The redesign reconfigures the interiors for optimal livability while maintaining a cost-conscious approach through precise, surgical modifications.
